Diffusing Wavy/Curly Hair

In this class you’ll learn:

• What products to use before diffusing
• What heat and fan settings to use
• Different techniques for different results
• When to airdry vs blow dry

Wavy/Curly Hair Boot Camp Part One

This class is for learning all the do’s and don’ts of wavy/curly hair! We’ll learn why waves and curls have different needs than straight hair, debunk Tik Tok curly girl advice, and learn about the science and care of waves/curls! You’ll leave feeling more equipped to discuss at home curl care with clients and be eager to join Part Two, where we get into cutting curls!

• Protein vs moisture balance
• Products types and ingredients
• Sebum production
• How often to wash different types of hair
• Refreshing waves/curls
• Curl types
• Dry detangling

Wavy/Curly Hair Boot Camp Part Two

Participation in Part Two requires completion of Wavy/Curly Hair Boot Camp Part One.

Have you ever spent half of an appointment at the shampoo bowl trying to detangle the client’s hair? Then this is the class for you!
